Rick holds a B.S. in International Business Administration from Alliant International University. He began his career in the U.S. Army as a Medical Specialist, where he developed the discipline and mission-oriented mindset that continue to guide his professional journey. Since 2012, Rick has worked in the SaaS Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) industry, focusing on business development, solution consulting, and technical sales.

Over the course of his career, Rick has led prospect engagement efforts across a wide range of industries—including energy, manufacturing, and utilities—helping organizations evaluate and adopt cloud-based EHS and ESG compliance solutions. In addition to his sales leadership, he has worked extensively as a CRM administrator, with hands-on experience in most major CRM platforms, supporting scalable pipeline development and sales operations.

Today, Rick serves as a Sales Director at Locus Technologies, where he leverages over a decade of EHS SaaS experience to connect organizations with tools that modernize compliance, streamline data workflows, and reduce operational risk.
