JOSHUA JAFFE JOINS LOCUS TECHNOLOGIES AS PROJECT MANAGER WITH THE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT GROUP

Mr. Jaffe brings his unique set of skills and extensive experience designing, building, and implementing environmental database applications.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, March 30, 2007—Locus Technologies (Locus), the industry leader in web-based environmental data and information management services, today announced the addition of Joshua Jaffe as a Project Manager with the Information Management Group.

Mr. Jaffe has more than 9 years of experience in environmental data management, project management, and environmental application development.  Mr. Jaffe is a Certified Professional Project Manager (PMP) and was formerly the leader of the Digital Solutions Team with Parsons Inc.  Mr. Jaffe will play a key role at Locus where he will use his experience with Locus EIM and its sister applications, ePortal and eSite, to manage Fortune 500 client environmental software enterprise deployments.

As an individual with extensive experience designing, building, and implementing environmental database applications for various clients, Mr. Jaffe brings a unique skill set to Locus’s Information Management Group.  This experience will be used to streamline enterprise environmental database management system deployments and market our services to additional customers. According to Marian Carr, Director, Information Management Group, with Locus expecting a record year for its 10th anniversary, the timing could not be better.  Mr. Jaffe will immediately focus on large petroleum company EIM and eSite deployments, which encompass both domestic and international operating groups.  His skills and experience will ensure the systems are up and running in accordance with our customer’s aggressive schedules.
