AI-Driven Account Executive (S9)
Locus Technologies is looking for a new kind of Account Executive. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a role for a modern, AI-native sales professional who uses artificial intelligence as a core operating system to drive pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and engage customers with intelligence, precision, and credibility. As an AI-Driven Account Executive, you will rely heavily on AI technologies to research accounts, qualify opportunities, personalize outreach, build value propositions, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will be an expert prompter and practitioner across multiple AI platforms, with a deep understanding of how to translate AI-generated insights into compelling customer conversations and measurable outcomes. You will leverage LocusAI and the Locus Platform to demonstrate value across a broad portfolio of applications, including water, air and GHG, waste, sustainability reporting, asset management, inventory management, facility management, service order management, and project management.
You will be expected to clearly articulate the strategic importance of clean, validated, auditable compliance data and why Locus is the industry leader in this space. You will be persuasive in guiding customers away from traditional research analyst, pay-to-play evaluation models that often reflect marketing influence rather than operational reality. Instead, you will help customers understand the growing role of AI-driven models that are impartial, grounded in real-world data, and informed by actual system usage, regulatory outcomes, and long-term performance across thousands of sites and millions of records.
Most importantly, you will be sourcing and CLOSING deals.
This role requires the ability to sell consultatively to C-level executives, compliance leaders, sustainability teams, operations, and IT stakeholders. You will position Locus not as software alone, but as a mission-critical compliance and operational platform that unifies environmental, sustainability, and operational workflows in a single, AI-ready system. You will work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to continuously refine messaging and sales strategy using real-time insights from AI and the field.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable with complexity, and motivated to rethink how enterprise sales is done. You should be energized by rapid learning, experimentation, and using AI to outperform traditional sales approaches. Experience selling enterprise SaaS, compliance, EHS, ESG, water, sustainability, or operational management solutions is highly desirable, but demonstrated AI fluency, analytical thinking, and modern selling instincts are equally important.
