Siena Duplan is Vice President, AI and Strategic Operations at Locus Technologies, where she advances the company’s AI capabilities for environmental data and operations. Her background spans machine learning, data science, and enterprise software with particular depth in compliance technology for organizations that must manage fragmented data while maintaining auditability.

Prior to joining Locus, Siena was co-founder and CEO of Sophare AI, an AI-native B2B SaaS platform that used machine learning to support pay transparency compliance reporting across 50 countries and jurisdictions. She led its multitenant SaaS architecture, analytics interfaces, and agentic data cleaning workflows, and built a team drawn from OpenAI, Databricks, Salesforce, and other leading technology companies. Before Sophare, she spent nearly a decade at Salesforce, most recently as Senior Member of Technical Staff, working on machine learning, natural language processing, and data visualization for enterprise applications used at global scale.

Siena holds a Master of Information Systems Management in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, with a minor in Philosophy, from UCLA. She is a UK Global Talent Visa recipient and a Carnegie Mellon Women in Technology Fellow.
