eTask is a comprehensive, easy-to-use task tracking, management, and notification system allowing users to quickly and easily create tasks, complete them, track deviations and performance, and generate reports.
eTask coordinates events and activities across single or multiple sites and can be used as a simple reminder system for managers. Simply create a task, assign the roles and responsibilities, and send and/or receive notifications when it is complete. eTask can be configured to match customer escalation work flows to ensure appropriate notifications are sent when tasks are nearing due dates or past due. Robust graphics and charts help keep managers informed and able to track status and compliance trends.

eTask contains two key views that managers and users can use to ensure compliance. These views include a simple, text-based List View and a Calendar View. Each view has it's own strength but they also share common strengths. For instance, they each use color coding to indicate task status at a glance. However, the Calendar View shows a month of compliance at a glance and the List View provides an easy way to sort through a list of tasks.
From each view, users can complete tasks simply by clicking on the task name and entering the completion data. Using the entered data, managers and users can generate compliance reports for one site or across sites to track and manage global compliance performance on Title V Compliance, ISO 14001 Compliance, or compliance with Corporate Initiatives.
