eSite is a simple, powerful enterprise software tool that tracks and manages environmental site information across small or large portfolios. eSite manages both current and historical data, events, budgets, compliance documents and activities including roll-up information across regions or states, by project managers or by custom groupings.
eSite is a Locus ePortal application and is a companion tool to Locus' EIM environmental data management system, which is used to organize analytical and field data. eSite manages other key site housekeeping information including budgets, regulatory and project states, permits, compliance and project participant information.
eSite maintains key site history information and project continuity over long project life cycles. eSite provides a user-friendly interface to EIM enabling non-technical staff to perform powerful single or multi-site data queries, view data on Google maps, and view tracking metrics with a click of the mouse, thus bringing powerful data mining capabilities to the average user.
eSite is offered on-demand over the web as an integrated part of the Locus ePortal environmental project management system. eSite includes a site summary, site information screens, administration and reporting tools for a complete view of environmental site data. When linked to an active EIM database, all key information and features from EIM are available, including tracking and trending metrics. Data can be uploaded via electronic formats or hand-entered and updated at any time. All key information and data summaries can be displayed as portlets on the user's dashboard, making eSite data quickly accessible with a minimum of effort.
eSite is fully integrated with ePortal's document management system to enable users to view key site documents along with site information all on a single screen. As new documents are uploaded, they are instantly available for eSite users to access.
eSite has a simple user interface and intuitive controls. eSite's tabbed interface makes navigation a breeze.
eSite reports include simple “push button” reports on key information or the ability to create your own report based on multiple filter criteria. Reports can be customized and can easily exported to common office software suites. All reports are available as portlets for display on the ePortal dashboard.
